Visual Warning Against High Temperatures: Kager’s Heat Indicators Protect Against Burns and Scalds
The German company Kager offers a wide range of self-adhesive temperature indicators for measuring and monitoring temperatures. Simple-to-use solutions like the Hot-Hand Indicator and Large Traffic Light Indicator provide clear visual warnings against touching hot surfaces. These products contribute to safety in workplaces where there is a risk of burns and scalds.
In many industrial workplaces, such as foundries, glass processing, chemical, and power plant industries, employees are exposed to increased risks of skin injuries from hot surfaces. Kager provides two self-adhesive warning labels that make this risk clearly visible.
The Hot-Hand Indicator is a round, black sticker (37 mm diameter) that turns red and displays the “HOT” label along with the symbol of a hand over flames when the temperature exceeds 50°C. The Large Traffic Light Indicator works on a traffic light principle: It changes from green to yellow to red for temperatures up to 70°C, signaling increasing danger.
